Really tasty authentic fish and chips!! Reminded me of UK!Service was little slow due to being busy, but polite and friendly!Great portions and price! Will def be going again after a long beach day.

Great service generous portions I would recommend! I saw another review for the fish and chips and that made me hesitant to get it but I'm glad that I did cuz it's tastes great!

Food was fresh and made to order.The waitress/cashier was also amazing!

Amazing seafood platter: scallops and shrimp were just right(not rubbery at all, but also had substance) and the haddock was excellent as well.Fries were great; crispy and thick and not at all like fast food fries.It seems like a missed opportunity on the sauces though, as they use the “olde style” brand(which is almost always cheap and gross). Despite that, the food didn’t need sauce as it was excellent on it’s own.The prices were fair and the portions were generous.I’d definitely recommend this location to friends.

I absolutely love this place. It doesn’t look like much; it’s a storefront in a strip mall, and there’s nothing fancy about it, but it’s a great place. The waitress is super friendly and super efficient—I kind of wondered if she owns the place. They serve a hearty bacon and egg breakfast at a very good price, and the coffee is really good too. Free refills. What I really love about this place is it’s in Sauble Beach—where my family has had a cottage forever—but it’s not too touristy. You can sit there in the morning and listen to all these old retired farmer guys talk about life, the universe, and everything. Everything meaning a whole bunch of gossip about people you don’t know, but some of it was quite funny. They reminded me of listening to my dad and his cronies, although my dad wasn’t a farmer. There's no view, but there's lots of interesting conversation to overhear here, the food is great, the service is great, and there's tons of parking—the available parking alone is a rarity in Sauble.

So,we were back in the area this week and have visited this place twice and again we have been pleased as we were the last time we were here. Julie our server was pleasant and friendly.We both love the fact that DNL’s offers 1/2 meals which are noted in the menu photos that I’ve uploaded.Toronto restaurants and actually all restaurants should take note.We see “seniors” meals many times while travelling through the US but don’t see this option very often in Ontario. Bravo DNL !!We both enjoyed our meals. Quality and quantity both great. The price point is also great. Glad the beach restaurants were so busy, that’s how we found this place. Staff was very friendly as well. Definitely would go back if in the area.

Affordable and tasty food. Friendly staff. I do believe another staff is needed as it’s a lot for one person. We fortunately went when the restaurant wasn’t very crowded but it can get a crowd quickly.

Great food, great portions and great prices! What more can you ask for?
